## Main capabilities

- `search_melaka_places` — Search covered Melaka demo or verified place facts with deterministic filters and evidence-aware matching. Use it to discover stable place IDs. Do not treat missing evidence as a passed hard constraint or use it for live inventory. REST: GET /api/v1/places; cost: 1 internal credit.
- `get_melaka_place_facts` — Retrieve rights-filtered facts, field evidence, schedules, offers, services, facilities, and revisions for one covered place ID. Do not use it to confirm live operation, ticket inventory, or a booking. REST: GET /api/v1/places/{place_id}; cost: 1 internal credit.
- `check_melaka_visit_window` — Check whether an arrival and duration fit published schedules, exceptions, last entry, and known service status. Use before finalizing an itinerary. This is not a real-time opening, inventory, or booking confirmation. REST: POST /api/v1/visit-window/check; cost: 2 internal credits.
- `get_melaka_weather_advisory` — Return the configured Melaka-area weather advisory state, forecast coverage, spatial granularity, validity, and evidence. Do not interpret area forecasts as venue conditions or absence of warnings as safety. REST: GET /api/v1/weather/advisory; cost: 1 internal credit.
- `plan_melaka_day` — Build a deterministic single-day candidate itinerary of at most eight stops from covered facts and explicit route assumptions. Use for a practical draft. It does not promise a globally optimal route or live availability. REST: POST /api/v1/itineraries/plan; cost: 5 internal credits.
- `validate_melaka_itinerary` — Validate up to eight structured stops against published windows, services, costs, constraints, and supplied transport estimates. Use for an existing itinerary. ## Data and time

- Production reads the reviewed D1-backed revision; calculations use Asia/Kuala_Lumpur local rules.
- The verified release includes 52 reviewed Melaka places, official PERZIM ticket/hour facts where published, and one exact MOTAC MyTQA recognition; weather is an attributed MET Malaysia Melaka Tengah area forecast, routing is a dated ODbL-attributed FOSSGIS/OSRM driving snapshot without live traffic, while accessibility and other certificate claims remain explicit unknown states.
- Sources, review, freshness, resolution, validity, retrieved, observed, and checked times are distinct.
- Verified mode never falls back to demo data.

## Permissions and limitations

- Public facts and docs require no login. Optional bearer API keys increase quota and use explicit scopes.
- Production authentication and quotas require the reviewed production D1 binding and release evidence.
- Tools are read-only computations. Quota accounting is the only technical side effect.
- No booking, payment, inventory lock, email, inquiry, affiliate, webhook action, OAuth, A2A, or ARD is enabled.
- A feasible assessment is limited to stated evidence and assumptions; it is not a guarantee of live operation, safety, price, inventory, or booking.
