First they got certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor, then Awarded Excellence 4 Star Hotel Category in Melaka Tourism Award 2010/2011 followed by National Award for the same category – Best 4-Star Hotel (City) Award by Ministry of Tourism Malaysia – Malaysia Tourism Award 2010/2011.

They don’t stop at National Level but also regionally – Best 10 in Asia, Best Front Office Department Award & Gold Winner – Best 5 in Asia, Best Signature Deluxe Hotel Award. Hospitality Asia Platinum Award, Regional Series Year 2011 – 2013. Kudos for Holiday Inn Melaka!
