Because the name is Old Town actually the building is a new setup among the other old building. Although new addition in Melaka accommodation list, it got good review at tripadvisor. The price also cheap with many freebies for guest like:

Usually Guesthouse that run directly by the owner or family members will get good rating from the guest as all leave together in one building. So as the owner is in the building, the service will be well cared directly.
Old Town Guest house located at Jalan Temenggong. Accessible by car from Jalan Temenggong, near the Bukit Cina roundabout. The important landmark can be the Sikh Temple. But anyway the building will be clear to anyone.
