Going to the sea or swimming pool?



Remember when we were small? A regular trip to the beach were something we waiting for during weekends. But now, our children are asking to go to the nearest swimming pool or theme park.

I find that not only the children, adults also prefer bringing their kids to the theme park nowadays. They think that it is a lot safer than sea water. Judging from the sea water physical look e.g the brown color. Furthermore it is salty and it will make your eyes sore. No match for the public swimming pool crystal clear and blue water.

Off travel and tourism topics a little bit. There are some opinion that Internet users now are not so smart and efficient. They tend to waste more time on unwanted things before starting to work with the real things.

How’s the weather?

The weather here is unpredictable as Malaysia only have 2 type of season all year long. The weather whether Rain or Hot. Yesterday afternoon raining heavily in Melaka. Today is hot like the son is directly above your head.

Although we can see green leaves always here, there are also trees that start falling it’s leaves this month like a Spring season. Example is this tree behind my backyard below:

Confident about world longest sea bridge..

Yesterday Melaka Chief Minister said that Melaka State Government are confident about the proposed bridge. If becoming reality , the bridge will connect Melaka and Indonesia via Dumai. The traffic from Indonesia will be from the 70million population Sumatra. Melaka – Dumai Bridge spanning the Straits of Melaka for about 35km.

Only in Borneo – an amphibious monkey…

What is it? An Orang Utan? No. It’s a Dutch Monkey. Although it’s not Dutch origin, the Indonesian thinks the monkey look like a dutchmen. With long nose and a large belly.

Yes, this Monkey can actually swim from land to an Island because its amphibious. The proboscis monkey along with orang utan are Endangered on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. This monkeys are protected here.
