Sky Diving in Malaysia


This is not sky dive but base jump at Kl. Read it on the news here.

Before this I think that only Arm Forces can experience jumping from a plane and landed with a parachute. Now normal people also can do it. It’s a sport. In country like US the sport is already common to the people.

Sky diving is among sports that you cannot have all the equipment. So you must rent this and that. Obviously it is not easy to have an airplane for us although we can buy the parachute. Like golf for example, you can still play it in your lawn. But you can’t jump as you like at any building, you must consult the authority first.

Ice cream will always have a good market in Malaysia. In fact, although many type of ice cream brand in the market, ice cream can easily sell. Of course children like ice cream, adult also eat ice cream. Creativity in Ice cream are endless. The ice cream flavor and toppings can blend easily with any local culture. For example here we have ice cream eaten with fermented rice or cassava.

For Malaysia main shopping attraction, looks like the government doesn’t need to do the list, private funding will bring the solution to the public. They don’t just bring up the list but brings you more like hotels detail information, maps, photos and recommended tours throughout the Malaysian capital.

Not just that, you also can book the hotels directly from the list. For example the kl-hotels.com website. They have all the list and info for Kuala Lumpur hotels. The domain name itself will make you easily understand.

The term poskod here is referring to postcode. The easiest way to find a postcode for all the place in Malaysia is by using the source directly – That is Malaysia Post Office. Malaysia Post Office or more recognized as Pos Malaysia already have the system in their website here.

The system from Pos Malaysia will return your query for the code,location and nearest Post Office are located. But if you find a problem with the system, I think an independent guy also created an Online Post Code searches for us at poskod dot com.

Where to find a 5 star spa?

By asking the taxi driver? phone directory services? They can easily point you a 5 star hotel but a spa? I think can’t. At the moment people still don’t match Spa for a star rating.

People from Tourism Ministry already starting to give ratings for spa. The ratings ranging from 1 to 5. Of course higher the better. So you can browse here at the Ministry of Tourism official portal to find the stars…

Cassava Chips is Malaysian


Cassava

Ubi Kayu is not Malaysian staple food but this plant was famous during Japanese Occupation here during world war 2. Not because it was used as a weapon but as a staple food during the war years. But now the ubi kayu is famous for food industries as a major source of carbohydrates.

Now we still eat it occasionally and the recipe are fried, boil, fermentation or mix with other ingredient to produce a cake for example. Before potato chips are being introduce here by the Americans (I guest). Locals have ubi kayu chips.
