Car boot sale is relatively new here. But it’s becoming a popular business approach. Malaysian are used to open air market and we call it ‘pasar malam’ or night market or night bazaar. Where traders and dealers doing business in the open street. No premises just a stall and big tent.

So when the city council introduce Car Boot Sale, the locals can easily adapted it. In Melaka official Car Boot Sale area was introduced on August 2010 at Autocity parking lot Ayer Keroh. Open Sunday from 7.00am to 12.00pm only.

MPHTJ Lets Green Up Run and Treasure Hunt

In conjunction with the new formation of Majlis Perbandaran Hang Tuah Jaya (MPHTJ/Hang Tuah Jaya City Council), an activity aiming to educate community in the new area that the route now is in new territory. Before this it’s in Melaka Historic City Council territory.
