Malaysia as a gardens? I think when you enter Malaysia from up there, you can see that you are already in a garden. More greener than brick and stone. When you are already on the ground it’s colorful.

Buggy Sunday



Loook Ma, no feet..

If you don’t know what else to do with your kids and your live around Ayer Keroh area, why not buggy riding with them at the Botanical Garden Buggy Ride. Best time is early in the morning when the air is from the recreational forest is fresh and the sun is not too hot.

Don’t worry as there are plenty of ride for you to choose, just the 4 seat buggy are limited. So That Sunday we choose to have 2 seat buggy and another one seat. For example I have 2 kids, I drive the one seat buggy, and my husband drive the 2 seat buggy with the kids. With the 2 seat buggy the configuration are, my elder 4yrs daughter sat at the back and my 2 yrs son sat at front with his father. His father is more confident on handling the machine.

Melaka Botanical Garden Buggy Ride…



If you feel not in the mood for jogging plus your kid don’t want to walk far enough, your trip at Melaka Botanical Garden can be done with a buggy car. The buggy car has started operation on 25 Mei 2010. You can used the buggy for a small fee except for the launching date.

The operation time for the buggy ride is from 10.00 am to 7.00pm. The buggy trek is about 4kilometer. Botanical garden have 14 buggy for used. Battery powered, so don’t expect to turn the jungle track into a race track with your friends. Estimated time for the buggy from start to finished is 30min.

Melaka Wonderland Theme Park Open in April 2010



After the good news for Ladies already happen (big Jay Jay open), now here is the good news for your kids – Melaka Wonderland Theme Park will be fully operation in April. This RM45 mil theme park also equipped with ‘tornado’ game, first in South East Asia Region. The opening date will be starting 15 April.

Melaka Wonderland Theme Park in 23 acre land expected to be much bigger then Sunway Lagoon. Other than tornado, it will have wave pool, lazy cum crazy river and many more water base game attraction. A Hotel with 168 room also will be build at the theme park and the construction will be started after Chinese New Year Celeberation.

Flowers all around at Melaka Botanical Garden! – Florathon 2008

Today 20th July, about 3000 people gathered at Melaka Botanical Garden to participate the Florathon 2008. The event supported by Ministry of Tourism Malaysia was in conjunction with Malaysia Floral Fest 2008.

    The subject tells you what it is, it’s a sport as it is. A ‘Thon’… you may have heard about mara’thon’ and walka’thon’.This event is in the ‘thon’ group except this one is blooming with flowers. A – 3km walk on sunny day at Taman Botanikal (Melaka Botanical Garden) Ayer Keroh. The dress code is full of floral and fruity themes…and you are eligible to join. Say it like this – ‘imagine streets full of giant bobbing flowers and delicious fruits with arms and legs making their way towards the finishing line and participants will be judged not by speed but their floral costumes!’. Sound great for all Couch potato out there, no need body work out to win and you can still eat plenty of McD yet still has a chance to win this race.
