Tourism Minister said that 2 more premium outlets will be open in Melaka and Sepang. This is due to Johor Premium Outlet that perform very well in attracting more than one millions visitors since it opened in December. I think there will be more shoppers out there planning to go to Johor Premium Oulets for the first time. This are the result from mouth to mouth story of those who has been there.

Chingay have been around in Malaysia for about 100years. Chingay is celebrated by Chinese in Malaysia annually and it is famous for the street parade and acrobatic performance like balancing a giant flag that ranges from 25 ft to 32 ft in height and about 60 pounds in weigh. Penang is famous annual Chingay Parade in Malaysia.
Recently Prime Minister announce 148-year-old Johor Baru chingay procession as the latest entry into the country’s intangible cultural heritage list.

I don’t know if it is a paid advertising or not but the impact is good for tourism players. For example when I read the article in travel daily news website, I notice an advertisement on top about Puteri Hotel Melaka from tripadvisor. So when we click at Puteri Hotel link it will go to tripadvisor website showing the customers review about the hotel.
One thing for sure that it is very good for a hotel listed on the high rank site like tripadvisor. So the link will show at any related travel tourism website. The drawback is we can’t control the customer review and rating….
