One survey reveal that :

-Twenty seven percent feel businesses have not changed their attitude toward customer service.

The survey also said that people have the tendency to give a good review and share it with others. So with more people using the Internet to read a review before choosing a place to go, it will be bad if the place got many bad reviews.

When a customer are very disappointing with some service, they will write a review with added emotion and it will like added more sauces to the existing not so big problem.

So, when a complaint was lodge to us for certain problem, fast action by business owner for example a sorry and added service a replacement will cool things down and the satisfaction meter will rise up to positive level again.

The support is also a gesture of strong partnership within the BIMP-EAGA region in strengthening cooperation for the development of tourism.

Well believe it or not..Its not Ripley it’s life.. Of course the website is not an official body to make any remark on any tourism products or hotel but when it has high traffic of users, many people will make it as a reputable source. Even daily newspapers also digging at such site to get some news scoop.

Is this kind of website can affect the product owner? Of course, because such high traffic website have million visitors around the world and have good search engine rank. If the Hotel itself have a good website, it is hard to beat their search engine rank because when user query any data about specific hotel, the first 10 result will be from the review website and after that only we can find the official Hotel website.

That’s how important information on the Internet these days. These review website have high technology and very user friendly for people to post an information about place they already go. Day by day these web will produce large amount of information and can easily beat any Hotel / tourism products website in search engine rank. OF course there have a dedicated moderator to read all the post but it is not directly with the product owner but the website moderator and if the review and complaints are about hotels experience bad or good, it’s simply their subject matter.

There are few guest house I know that have a very good business but looks like they hardly seen promoting their guest house at any trade fair or giving brochure at some agencies. The locals also don’t really know about their existence but the sales are good every month. This is because the help of many review web site. The review website have a travelers viewer from around the world. When other traveler give good rating and recommended certain place, of course others will want to try it out. Guest house usually have good ratings since customer wont aspect anything five stars in it. When the Guest house owners are very good and friendly, also assisting travelers directly in any matter, the rating will be high. We cannot get the hotels manager itself assisting you in 3,4 or 5 star hotel.

When traveling for a short trip with car, you can’t resist to bring the baby along because of the fun part playing with the babies while your partner is driving. Usually people will use the baby buckle seat only when driving alone. With the husband or partner driving, putting babies on the lap will be the option. Now Malaysian government have already imposing the back seat belt regulation with a $300 summons, they are now eying new strict regulation for baby safety in car.

In some country, there are already a law that requires all children under age six or weighing less than sixty pounds to be placed in a federally approved child restraint system when riding in the car. If you still hold your baby in the lap while riding in a car even for a short ride, the police will issue a tickets. At California, children must ride in the back seat until they are at least 6 years old or weigh about 27kg.

Did you know that a sudden stop even at 30miles per hour can have the same crushing force on the child’s brain and body as a fall from 3 story building. Infant is more sensitive even a vibration impact from an accidents can harm the internal organ specially the brain. Other car accident main injuries for children are like brain damage,epilepsy and spinal cord injury.

Even using baby car seat also have specific requirements like:

#Always use the correct car seat for the age, weight and height of your child. A car seat with a 3 or 5 point harness is recommended by safety experts. (5 point harness is safest.) Do not use infant carriers, travel beds, backpacks carriers, etc. in place of a car seat.

#Infants less than one year and less than 20 pounds must be placed in a rear facing car seat. Most infant carrier style car seats can only be used until 20 pounds. After that, use a convertible car seat still rear facing. Make sure that the car seat is rated to at least 30 pounds rear facing.
