Well believe it or not..Its not Ripley it’s life.. Maybe he desperately want to see some one in London and the tickets sold out..or no money to buy tickets..or no International passport..British officials are set to quiz the man that in the clinics after clinging at the plane landing gear from Vienna. Must be some desperate reasons. I don’t see any part of the air plane we can clinging on safely other than the landing gear.

Stowaway ‘frozen stiff’ after Vienna – London flight

A Romanian survived a flight from Vienna to London – by clinging on to the plane’s landing gear, according to reports.

Newspapers report today (Tues) that the 20-year-old man “dropped frozen stiff from the fixed landing gear” of the United Arab Emirates State fleet aircraft after its landing at London-Heathrow on Sunday.

Student Discovery Malaysia programme

If you can’t bribe the parents, bribe their child….I don’t remember where I heard this quote but in business, sometimes we need to target on childhood thingy so we can get the money from their guardian. That’s why you are willing to go through another long way in a supermarket just not to past the toy section. Anything can happen when you past the toy section with the kiddy.

Now Tourism Malaysia is using this to tap into Parents in China. You know China is among Malaysia key Market for tourist arrival. The focus is not to small but 10 to 15-year-olds to visit Malaysia with their parents.

First batch will be a group of 128 to visit the Kota Tinggi Resort at end of this month under this Student Discovery Malaysia programme.

Tourism Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ng Yen Yen also said that this will be a great opportunity to resort and tour operators. How ? By participating in this Student Discovery Malaysia programme , link with Tourism Ministry, making good package then let the tourist arrival rise!

GUANGZHOU, June 11 (Bernama) — Malaysia is stepping up its tourism promotion in China, a key market, and will launch a Student Discovery Malaysia programme in Shenzhen at the end of the month to attract youngsters.

The programme is targeted at 10 to 15-year-olds to visit Malaysia with their parents, said Tourism Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ng Yen Yen, who is on a four-day working visit here.

“Through the programme, we are introducing educational tours such as discovering the flora and fauna in Malaysia through jungle trekking,” she told Bernama on Friday.

This is Yeow Tee Chin, 22, a shock student From MMU because his trip to the Melaka Museums got him winning a prize . We can call this ‘Cultural Shock’.

He was the 250,000th visitor on that day and in conjunction with Melaka Heritage Cooking Carnival 2010, the Melaka Musuem Board decided to reward the lucky visitor.

After Closing it’s operation since February 2010, Eye on Malaysia will be back on rotating this 1st of June with new management The Eye Sdn. Bhd. Now its fully a private entity under the new management. Will be waiting for the new fee and package to enter EOM by the new management.

Eye On Malaysia dibuka 1 Jun

MELAKA 19 Mei – Kemelut Eye On Malaysia yang ditutup operasinya sejak Februari lalu berakhir apabila perkhidmatan roda gergasi itu dibuka semula kepada orang ramai bermula 1 Jun ini.

Ketua Menteri, Datuk Seri Mohd. Ali Rustam berkata, Eye On Malaysia dibuka semula kepada orang ramai setelah pemilik asal Fitraco NV dari Belgium menyewakan roda gergasi itu kepada sebuah syarikat tempatan The Eye Sdn. Bhd.

Menurutnya, keputusan yang diambil oleh Fitraco untuk menyewakan roda gergasi itu kepada syarikat tempatan adalah wajar selepas mereka enggan menerima tawaran daripada kerajaan negeri untuk membeli roda gergasi itu dengan nilai RM10 juta.

“Kerajaan negeri lega kemelut sudah berakhir dan produk pelancongan utama di negeri ini sudah boleh dibuka semula kepada orang ramai selepas ditutup selama hampir tiga bulan.

“Jika tidak ada aral melintang dan segala urusan Fitraco dengan syarikat terbabit selesai, dijangka Eye On Malaysia akan dibuka selewat-lewatnya 1 Jun ini,” katanya kepada pemberita selepas mesyuarat Exco di Seri Negeri, Ayer Keroh di sini hari ini.

World Expo : Malaysia Pavilion to attract 1.2 million Chinese tourist

Have you seen it in the news, Malaysia Minangkabau style roof prove to be attraction to the visitors at World Expo. The Malaysia house also compete with all aspect of Malaysia mixed culture and ethnic. I guess the Chinese there also will be amazed how the Chinese here can preserved the old Chinese culture outside their mother land and being celebrated as a National event. Next time Melaka Style house would be good for the pavilion I think. This is because the Multicultural influence of the design make it more originally from here. The Melaka traditional stair also using China Tile..:-)

Now it’s May, do you know that United Nations General Assembly has been officially designated May 3 each year as World Press Freedom Day. This event will be organized by UNESCO.

World Press Freedom Day provides an opportunity to defend journalists and media organisations from attacks on their independence; to evaluate the state of press freedom around the world; and to pay tribute to those brave journalists who have lost their lives in the exercise of their profession.

World Press Freedom Day also serves as an occasion to alert citizens to violations of press freedom. It provides a reminder that in dozens of countries around the world, publications are being censored, fined, suspended and closed down, while journalists, editors and publishers are being harassed, attacked, detained and even murdered.
