While every service industries improving their support service by enhancing Customer Care line or the 1800.. something number, Air Asia terminate their support hotline. Checkout the news about Why is AirAsia closing down its Malaysia Premium Line and Singapore Support Hotline here. This is not a very good news for angry customer who want to curse somebody on the phone.

Air Asia replacing their support line with their latest e-support system AskAirAsia. So if you have any question you just ask Lil’ Miss Red by typing….

Fishy Malaysia

Apart from the the diversity of the jungle, Malaysia also got rich source of water life. Peninsular Malaysia is surrounded with fishing spot because all of the State in Peninsular Malaysia got access to the sea although it is not an Island. If you don’t like going far away from the land, Malaysia also got plenty of fishing spot inland and some of it goes deep in the jungle.

Usually ticket price for children will be much lower that adult and age 2-3 usually get free admission. But for KidZania, it will be vice versa. At KidZania price for adult is lower that child. Age 2-3 years also will be charged. At KidZania they say – ‘Get Ready for A Better World’. This is the place where your kid pre adult activities can be done. They can do major job and things that adults do as simulation and according to their size – Playing Grown Ups..

Another Premium Outlets after JPO

Tourism Minister said that 2 more premium outlets will be open in Melaka and Sepang. This is due to Johor Premium Outlet that perform very well in attracting more than one millions visitors since it opened in December. I think there will be more shoppers out there planning to go to Johor Premium Oulets for the first time. This are the result from mouth to mouth story of those who has been there.
