Preventive measure at public beaches

Recently we read stories about children and teen drowning while picnic with family in Kuantan Pahang and Kota Tinggi Johor. To lost our loves one while we are having fun times together is really terrible for all of us. The sad memories can affect us for a very long time.

Malaysia got long beaches area surrounding the country from east to west. Usually beaches in west coast of Malaysia got lower sea waves than the east coast. East coast got strong wave and getting stronger on monsoon season. So east coast beach area are more risky because the open South China Sea. While west coast resulting more calmer water from the Strait of Melaka.

Ancient Zhou wedding ritual in Malacca

It is not easy to watch Malaysian Chinese performing their true heritage wedding ritual. You can see all the bridal gallery are full with modern themes and because they do the ceremonies in church or hotel. Yesterday one Chinese couple decided to get married through the ancient Chinese wedding rituals. The wedding ceremony happen at Cheng Ho Tea House in Jalan Kampung Kuli Melaka and was reported in The Star Newspaper here.

Malaysia for International Film Location

It will be a proud and exciting moment when Hollywood choose Malaysia as film location. Most of us will remember the Entrapment starring Sean Connery and Catherine Zeta Jones. Film like this is the best because many of the scenes featuring Malaysia recognizable landmark like The Petronas Twin Towers and Malaysia LRT.

Other that Entrapment, I think International movies that we can remember is Anna & The King, shot somewhere in Perak. Jackie Chan film Police Story 3: Super Cop, few others Hong Kong movies, Bollywood like Yaadein and Don 2.

I met with the Secretary of the Navy

Few weeks ago United States Secretary of the Navy was here in Melaka for short non official visit. It’s Mr. Ray Mabus the 75th United States Secretary of the Navy. We help him to find suitable antique shop around Hereen Street and Jonker Street. I think we don’t have post like Secretary of the Navy in Malaysia. In United States, The Secretary of the Navy is responsible for conducting all the affairs of the Department of the Navy and work directly under President and the Secretary of Defense.

Can u see the total lunar eclipse?

Can’t you see the the last lunar eclipse for this year. Some of us can see it clearly but some of us can’t see anything because it is according to the weather at your place and god will. I can see it clearly from my hometown Melaka. The info from national planetarium here says that we can only see it again in 2014. So the fans of Edward Cullen must wait another 2 years….

Traveling is very healthy…

As we walk to the future, our life are being simplified by machine and technology. The purposed of the technology are making life more easier but not so easy on your pocket. Like cooking, evolve from using wood to produce fire, than gasoline, liquid gas and to date no fire at all but still you can cook.

Children indoor fun at Mahkota Parade

End of the year will be the monsoon. Flood in Bangkok is worst as seen on TV. I heard the Government are preparing for the biggest flood security plan for state at east coast of Malaysia. Here at my place heavy rain will occur in the late afternoon.

Although it’s raining, my child can still ask me when to go to the nearest open water park. Well I gave them the option for indoor water park and they seems okay with it….
