How’s the weather?

The weather here is unpredictable as Malaysia only have 2 type of season all year long. The weather whether Rain or Hot. Yesterday afternoon raining heavily in Melaka. Today is hot like the son is directly above your head.

Although we can see green leaves always here, there are also trees that start falling it’s leaves this month like a Spring season. Example is this tree behind my backyard below:

Confident about world longest sea bridge..

Yesterday Melaka Chief Minister said that Melaka State Government are confident about the proposed bridge. If becoming reality , the bridge will connect Melaka and Indonesia via Dumai. The traffic from Indonesia will be from the 70million population Sumatra. Melaka – Dumai Bridge spanning the Straits of Melaka for about 35km.

What differences between Belgium and Poland?..

Among the differences is the iron design. This apply to the antique design base on their country name. Belgium got Brussels Iron and Poland got the Poznan Iron. I saw it at the museum.

In the old days, they build things with the same function but distinguish it with other brand through the look. But today, same function like washing machine but with technology that other brand don’t have.

They are people who really like to collect antique iron. I only know a charcoal iron. Actually there are other type of antique iron like flat sad iron and spirit iron.

Islamic and Chinese artifacts at Bastion house

PERZIM / Melaka Museum Corporation is having Islamic & Chinese Exhibition until 15 June 2011. Although just a small scale exhibition, the exhibits are a very rare items dated from Shang Dynasty (1700bc). It’s a real artifacts, not a replica.

This are some of the collection:

Please visit the exhibition at Bastion House, Jalan Kota Melaka. Just next to the A Famosa Fortress. Time from 9.00am to 6.00pm. There will be entrance fee at RM12 for adult.

Your Women’s Day Activities…


Kakiseni.com Women : 100 in conjunction with 100th celebration of International Women’s Day 2011.

Some women really aware about International Women day and participate in the activities dedicated to it. Usually we don’t get a gift for women day like mom day. Women day usually for Non Gov. Org. making campaign.

There are also women don’t really realize about 8 March 2011. It’s not very appealing for them. Everyday is the same day huh? Except if the Shopping complex doing Crazy Sales 90% discount on Women day.

Last Eid Adha, I decided to make a qurban or sacrifice part of a livestock. I did it with an agent that make the sacrifice in Veal Toch Village, Cambodia. More info about the Agent EzQurban here.
