Of course if you want to find a higher place for dining in Malaysia, there are plenty of mountainous place to go like Genting Highland, Cameron Highland, Fraser Hill, KL look out point or even Gunung Jerai in Kedah.
But if you are asking for a man made structure that are higher than your everyday lunch restaurant, there are also a few like in Seri Angkasa Revolving Restaurant at Kuala Lumpur Tower (about 276m) or at the Alor Star Tower (94m). Both from Seri Melayu range of restaurant.

There are 2 type of Ramadhan Buffet at Puteri Resort Melaka. They got Selera Ibunda Package price at RM33 for adult and RM23 for children. If you choose International Cuisine and Grill, the package price at RM60.00 for adult and RM30 for children.
Both package have advance purchased voucher that you can buy before 30th July at lower price. Another new attraction at Puteri Resort is they have new special buildings just for the kid. So while parents enjoy the food children can play safely in the building packed with thematic playground and video games.

Look at the Earth’s city lights. Scientist from NASA use this city lights data to map world urbanization. I can see Japan like have lights throughout the country. At Malaysia peninsular, city lights are more dense at southern region and almost no light in central Malaysia. Of course it’s the jungle mainly in Pahang.
