Now historic city tour made easy with this Panorama Melaka Double Decker buses. This bus will stop at 23 famous attractions this include historical, shoppings and leisure areas. Hop on or hop off as you please. With one tickets simply catch the next when it arrives. Usefull when you planned to visit historical landmarks such as Stadhuys, A’Famosa, Kg. Morten Malay Village and Museums around here.
2 type of bus available 1 is Red line and another is Blue line. The difference are:
Red Line:-
A double decker, similar like the old double decker bus in London, that is because it is bought from london.Stop at 13 interesting stops within the heart of Melaka City.
Blue Line:-
A single decker bus, Stops at 23 stops within and outskirts of City Centre.
Service for Panorama Melaka is everyday , 7 days a week. The blue line will start operation at 7.00 am whereas the red will star at 9.00am. Hang Tuah Mall will be its first departure and also the last at 8.30pm. Frequency of waiting are within 30 to 45 minutes.

Adult: RM5.00
Children: RM2.50
Fares (Blueline):
Adult: RM2.00
Children: RM1.00

Hi you can wait for the bus at Melaka Sentral and buy the ticket in the bus itself. The buss will just pass the junction to Ujong Pasir, have to walk a few hundred meters…

Hi Eulian you mean Aunty Lee’s Restaurant at Melaka Raya? It takes about 15 to 20 minutes according to how jamm the traffic is

The fares is about RM1.50 or lower than that. They will be a ticketing guy in the bus that will collect money from you. So you want to go to the McQueks ah?
Hi Ms Asmaliana.. i found about panorama bus thru your website.. we went to melaka last weekend.. indeed it was a good holiday for all of us.. my kids were really excited with the panorama bus.. in total.. it was a good ride.. but more things can be improved..
1) we hopped on at Hang Tuah Mall (as it is nearby our hotel)… however, no indicator or whatsoever on the time at the bus stand.. at least first and last depart time..
2) The bus stand have no cover or any benches. Poor my 61-year old mum have to stand for quite some time and my three kids who were waited under the sun.
3) on the bus, there was no commentator or at least pre-recorded commentator (like in the boat cruise).. so most of the time, we have no idea where we went (luckily i printed the route from this website earlier). on top of that, there is no route map provided in the bus
4) Although the bus was bought from London, I think more can be done inside the bus to reflect Malaysia or Melaka identity.
I hope you can forward my suggestion and comments to the relevant authorities.

I came to Melaka to ride and see the city sites on the Panorama DD bus or even the blue bus .
We waited at Bus stop “8″ at Hotel Equatorial from 9 .55 am this morning 5th May an Indian Gentleman said the bus did not stop there and we should walk to stop “7″ at Dataran Pahlawan walking along the bus route , no bus passed us . We waited at stop “7″ by the parking station from 10.45 to 11.45 a total wait time in hot sun of nearly 2 hrs .
I am 72 years of age my wife 42 , we are in Malacca for the last day to morrow Thursday 6th . we would like to catch the bus from one of the above stops Please advise times it passes the Equatorial hotel so we can catch it there .our email aussiecat@froggy.com.au , we are staying in room 401 at the Time Hotel Ph 292 1311 in Malacca

I’m staying at The Legacy Hotel at Jln Hang Tuah but do not know exactly where is the boarding point for the bus at Hang Tuah Mall. Is it close by to The Legacy Hotel please ?

Panorama is Station at Melaka Sentral. You can find the bus easily at the local bus section. It is all new bus.

I will be in Melaka this friday until sunday and will be staying at the Garden City Straits Condominium, Jalan Merdeka. Does the Panorama bus passes there as well? If not, what bus shall I take from my area to get to the main attraction site like Porta De Santiago and Jonker Street?
Yes there will be the new Panorama Buses will pass the Garden City and Another is S.K.A Bus. From Banda Hilir you can walk to Jonker Street.
How do we get to Garden City Straits Condominium Jalan Merdeka from Amy Nyonya Heritage Cuisine, Jalan Melaka Raya 24 at night?
Is Bukit Cina near Porta De Santiago? If not, how do we get about there from the Condominium?
Well from my opinion I think you can walk because the condo also also within the Melaka Raya Area lah. The road is very straight to the point. You can find it on google map or the garden city website http://www.gardencity.com.my/contact.html.
Bukit Cina is at the other side of the City. But if you arrive and ask the locals maybe you interested for walking also, maybe a bit far from the condo to the Bukit Cina but you can stop by at St John Fort then go for cendol also.
Just dont worry, the city is small you cannot lost . See the map at http://www.tourism-melaka.com/Malacca1.pdf. You can rent a car or bicycle , the people at garden city or tourist info counter at Menara Taming Sari will help you…
