Melaka Akaido Club Launching Ceremony will be held at in front of the A’Famosa (Porta de Santiago) on 13th Jan. 2008 from 9.30 am until 6.00pm. Attention to All Kancil owner, get ready and be prepared. You are entitled to join this club. What’s so special about this club? Just come in and you can participate. Activities such as Mini Autoshow, Lucky Draw and surprise Games. They also having a sound/audio/I.C.E system show at the Uptown Melaka (Jalan Kilang) nearby Eye on Melaka during the nite. All club members are also invited. See you there.

A’ Famosa Animal World Safari is One and Only Safari in Malaysia. Other part of the world that have a Safari’s is Africa and one in Singapore. Here in Melaka, it has 150 acres of land that houses over 150 of the finest species from the Animal Kingdom. But you cannot sea A Lion Eat a horse or a giraffe here because they are feed by the ranger with finest food imported from oversea. That’s why they are the finest living species among other Safaris.

DMDI Seminar & Festival Budaya Melayu Dunia 2007 at Pekanbaru, Riau, Indonesia.

Last weekend on 8th – 12th Dec 2007, Melaka Tourism Promotion Division was representating the Melaka State Government to participate in the Festival Budaya Melayu Dunia 2007 at Pekanbaru, Riau, Indonesia. This event was organized by The Riau Governor Office. Besides that, we also a participant to The World of Malay & Islamic Seminar (Seminar Dunia Melayu Dunia Islam (DMDI)) that was took placed in Aryaduta Hotel, Pekan Baru. More than 200 participants attended this seminar and there were 5 workshops discussed. There were wide aspect of topics discussed such as tourism, youth, education, economics and Islam. As I was in a tourism sector, so I attend the workshop on tourism which was discussing the Islamic factor and Impact on tourism . Actually, the topic is very intrigued.
