Beca or trishaw ride was famous in Melaka. You can fun and ride with this trishaw all around the town, exspecially at Banda Hilir.
Only RM 40.00 per hour. The interesting part about Melaka trishaw are the decorative outlook blend with home made av or audio system in this tricycle. If you can see in the picture the decorating are colorful and mix with flower all over.

The seating although not as comfortable as in a car or a sofa but, it will bring you a one kind of experience. As you know a trishaw were made from an old bicycle and install with another 2 seater. Although it has a hi tech gadget in it like a 12.1inch monitor and a dvd player,but no air con with the shock absorber are still natural. So feel the heat and bump along the road.

Beca route are in Melaka town only. Bear in Mind that beca is not a taxi ride, it is a cultural heritage, so don’t expect to ride a beca from your hotel in Melaka Town to Umbai for a Grilled Fish Dinner. Riding a beca, will bring you along Bandar Hilir, Jalan Bunga Raya, Jalan Munshi Abdullah, Jonkers Street, Hang Tuah Bridge and come back to where your start from. Usually the Beca drivers is station at in front of the A Famosa or Bastion House at Bandar Hilir.
