Mahkota Parade was opened to the public in late 1993. It is a shopping empire of over 200 retail shops, cineplexes, bowling alleys, food and entertainment outlets. This is the first phase of the multi-million Mahkota Melaka Seafront Development.
With something for everyone, Mahkota Parade boasts of a good tenant mix which includes most of the popular and prominent names in each category of business and trade.

There are over 200 shops that sell anything from time piece, jewellery, local handicraft and souvenirs, household accessories to the latest names in fashion. Shop like Benetton, Lea, Bonia, Levi’s, La pagoyo, The Body Shop provide shopping experience for local and foreign tourists.
The anchor tenant is Parkson Grand – the biggest department store chain in Malaysia. Parkson Grand occupies approximately 160,000 sq. ft. and this store in Mahkota Parade is its biggest grand store in Malaysia.
