10.) Makan-makan (Eating Out)
11.) Melaka My 2nd Home
12.) Youth

As Melaka have already known for it’s historical landmarks and diverse culture, other sectors like MICE (Convention) with additional 5 star mice facilities like MITC, Holiday Inn, the 6 star Majestic Hotel, Renaissance, Equatorial and more coming at the end of 2010 are growing rapidly. Not to mention Melaka Health tourism that starting to bring big impact to the state with more patient coming for low cost treatment but modern medical facilities.

Good news for women especially in Melaka, largest Jusco shopping complex in Malayhsia will be open in Melaka at the end of 2009. Who don’t know Jusco with it’s Jusco Card Mega Sales. About every women in the area that have Jusco shopping complex have the JCard on their purse, eagerly waiting for the Jcard day. We can expect the new Jusco will bring a massive traffic here at Jalan Panglima Awang in the future. Every time there is a Jusco Card Sales, traffic will be like this:-

The RM500 million shopping complex will put Melaka as one of the shopping spot in Northern Region apart from Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru. Ground breaking ceremony for the Jusco super store was accomplished by Melaka CM Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam at Jalan Panglima Awang adjacent to Tesco store and near the Melaka Sentral. Both New Jusco and Melaka Sentral are at the Melaka River Bank. Melaka CM said the newly develop Jusco will bring 2000 work opportunity for the people. This newly shopping complex is develop by IJM Land Berhad and existing road (Jalan Panglima Awang) will be widen to 4 lane with sidewalks corridor all funded by IJM Land Berhad.Maybe in the future Melaka River Cruise (water taxi) also can park near the Jusco or Melaka Sentral. Who knows :-).

Batu Berendam International Airport Melaka (LTBB) will be a new hub for Low Cost Flight company Air Asia. The opening is expected on 8 December 2008 and Air Asia will do their first Inaugural Flight to 4 international destination and 2 domestic route from LTBB. 2 domestic route are 1) Melaka - Penang, 2) Melaka - Langkawi and for international route are 1) Padang, 2) Palembang, 3) Pekan Baru dan Medan.

Melaka CM has discussed with Air Asia Chairman Datuk Aziz Bakar and its CEO Datuk Tony Fernandez and they have agreed to start operation in 8 December with Boeing 737. After work to lengthen the runway another 400 meter finished, Air Asia will use Airbus 320. The move to make LTBB as a hub for Air Asia will boost Health Tourism Industry as many of Indonesian like to visit Melaka for medical attention as Melaka have state of the art medical facilities with it’s 3 private hospital but the price remain cheap compares to other state in Malaysia.

Melaka targeting about 500,000 people will use this facilities for 5 years operation and Melaka State Government will strive in order to to make LTBB as a Terminal for Low Cost flight or LCCT (Low Cost Carrier Terminal) and all the community will get benefit. For the locals, no need to go to Sepang International Airport just to go to Langkawai for vacation.

Hello all, to frens & bloggers who called my mobile this evening till tonight I am sorry as I am not able to answer the phone call coz I am in the hospital right now. I am having my second baby and it’s a baby boy. Baby was born about 9.30pm and I enter the labor room about 8.30pm. The process is normal and the baby is healthy with eyes wide open. No name decided yet. As usual my husband will google some good baby name for us to choose.

Will updates more picture of my baby soon!. Wanna rest…Peace :-).

My second baby look similar to my first daughter. But you can’t tell much different because he is just 3 days old baby. Usually about 2-3 month old they will start to looks more unique resemblance. Now I am discharge and got maternity leave for 2 month. Well what to do…other than Blogging!.
